Character's Full Name: Jacinthe Sparrowsong
In Game Name: Jacinthe
Race: Kal'dorei
Class: Warrior
Age: Almost a full thousand years, give or take a few decades. Physically and mentally, she stands at the equivalent of the beginning a human 'middle age'.
Appearance: Jacinthe seems to follow the Kal'dorei norm when it comes to height and build: she is tall and lithe, with musculature that is all tone and no bulk. Her particularly physical lifestyle has honed this to be rather obvious, and one can see the lines of muscle under skin whether she's locked in combat with a foe or taking her ease in a pub. There is a slight roughness to her appearance, most likely caused by the various scars and nicks marring a simple and attractive face; her nose appears to have been broken and re-set at least once. The backs of her hands and knuckles in particular have seen a good deal of abuse, and the rest of her has also seen a reasonable amount of wear and tear in her lifetime.
Personality: Particularly self-contained, this woman isn't really one to easily share banter or crack wise. She isn't stuffy or stupid, just not one given much to parading her feelings out in front of everyone. Jacinthe is a 'mind to the job' sort, though there's a strong undercurrent of dissatisfaction to her that becomes more and more obvious the higher her alcohol content gets. Despite her sometimes taciturn nature, she is willing to be outspoken and direct as often as necessity demands.
Background: Born a century or so after the War of the Shifting Sands, Jacinthe was raised to the sword and deeply bound to the lives and ways of her people. Early showing an aptitude for combat, she did a five hundred year service in the Sentinels before being selected to train as a Warden, one of the elite jailers and marshals of Night Elf society. Illidan's escape and subsequent release from captivity brought her training to an abrupt halt before its completion, however, and Jacinthe was left in Darnassus as her instructor and the rest of the Wardens followed Maiev to the Outlands. It would take until the opening of the Dark Portal for her to venture after, only to find her 'family' dead and Maiev beyond her reach. Furious with the Darnassian leadership and embittered with her inability to move forward in her training, she left her home and traveled to the Eastern Kingdoms, making her way from place to place as a mercenary.
Why would your character join Kamil te Kar? There's nothing Jacinthe finds more distasteful than being directionless, but with her loyalty to her people broken and her hoped-for future in tatters, she has fallen into just doing what she can to get by. The Kamil te Kar would be a more constant paycheck, and an opportunity to find some sort of direction in her life again. Though, she'd never admit that last part.
Where do you think your character would fit in with the Kamil te Kar? The most obvious choice would be Enforcement, as repeatedly smashing things in the face is a specialty of hers.
What does this character have to offer to the Kamil te Kar? Aside from a heap of centuries of face-smashing, Jacinthe is a strong tactician and reasonably accomplished alchemist. Her experience with the Wardens gives her a unique perspective on something rather relevant to the Kamil's interests-- how different societies pursue, restrain, and guard their prisoners, especially the Kal'dorei.

Are you 18 or older? Yes.
What are you applying for? (Guild membership, associate, enemy, etc.) Guild Membership, or, failing that, associating. D:
Do you have an already existing alt on WrA that we might already be acquainted with? If so, who? Probably not any that you'd know, but. Madaes, and Senha (horde-side).
Is this character an alt of an already existing member? If so, who? Nope.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I'm a 25 year old woman thing, who's been playing WoW for faaaaar too long and roleplaying for far, far longer. I'm not particularly interesting, and have a sucky work schedule. I enjoy music, raiding, reading, and occasionally playing with the idea of being good at art.
How did you hear about Kamil te Kar: I've been stalking Dorien for a while. It took me about four months to realize he was actually in a guild, and get curious enough to look it up.
Pie or cake: ... Strudel.
