IC
Character's Full Name: Andovis Van Zandt
In Game Name: Andovis
Race: Worgen
Class: Hunter
Age: 55
Appearance: copypasta'd from my current MRP - "Andovis is a man in his late middle age, with a serious face, straight nose and green eyes. His hair is dyed brown but his stubble is coming in grey. He is short and broadly built, but lacks a military manner. The cloth of his clothes is expensive, with only the slightest roughness at the edges - a rich man's workday wardrobe, or a poor man's very best."
Personality: Andovis is a nice guy, at the end of the day, though he never had a problem justifying morally questionable busieness, or the validity of the class system, or his right to the benefits of wealth.
He could be accused of living in the past - and is quick to compare his present situation to his former. He deals with the Worgen curse with a mix of pragmatism, self-control, and denial. Though he defers his periodic transformations as long as he can, he transforms like a dieter falling off the wagon - with a glut of agression and baseness that he nevertheless commits with full consciousness. (Hopefully confined to his apartments.)
His public face is completely intolerant of bad behavior from fellow Gilnean refugees, and he loudly avocates for complete assimilation of all Gilneans/Worgen into Stormwind/Human society.
Background:
Andovis belonged to a family of wealth, before the Second War - a fortune earned off the trade in weapons and necessities, and the high-risk high-reward climate of constant Troll raids. He married the daughter of his mentor, and fathered a daughter himself, who he was confident he could secure a politically advantageous marriage for. Unfortunately his ambitions were cut short when Lord Perenolde betrayed the Grand Alliance - ties to the betrayers and the newly-emerging Syndicate (the whole of his social circle) made Stormwind an unsafe and undesirable haven.
Andovis left his daughter - too ill to travel - with his sister-in-law, and he and his wife traveled instead to Gilneas. A 'bequest' of nearly their entire savings, toward the construction of the Wall earned them citizenship, a courtesy title, and twenty years of ever-growing debt incurred from keeping up appearances in Gilnean society.
His wife has been missing-presumed-dead since the early days of the Worgen curse.
Why would your character join Kamil te Kar? Some of his debtors failed to be eliminated by the Worgen curse OR the Forsaken, or distracted by Teldrassil, and are still looking to collect. Andovis would rather be allied with the bigger bully in the playground. He may encounter Kamil either explicitly, while looking for an under-the-table loan, or through one vice or another (gambling, women)
Where do you think your character would fit in with the Kamil te Kar? One of those sorry sons of bitches who depends on the Kamil for protection.
What does this character have to offer to the Kamil te Kar? A punching bag. A refined business sense and expert familiarity with bookkeeping (crooked or otherwise). A shrewd politician, with the ability to consolidate gains quickly. The biggest profit-monger you'll find outside of the Goblin race.

OOC
Are you 18 or older? Yes.
What are you applying for? (Guild membership, associate, enemy, etc.) Guild membership!
Do you have an already existing alt on WrA that we might already be acquainted with? If so, who? I'm Tezzy!
Is this character an alt of an already existing member? If so, who? Andovis is my RP main, and will be my PvE focus as soon as I have a top-level healer (probably Moonbird)
Tell us a bit about yourself: I think most of you know me! I draw and knit and slack off and cook and play WoW.
How did you hear about Kamil te Kar: I-...I don't even remember anymore.
Do you have an authenticator?: No.
Pie or cake: Pie!
