1. Follow RP server rules! Your name needs to be compatible with the RP server rules, and you are expected to always be IC in /say, /yell, and /emote. If you must speak OOCly in one of those channels, make sure you denote it as OOC with brackets.
2. maek shur u tyep gud. Seriously though. You don't have to be a grammar nazi, but at least try to make your RP look presentable via decent punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
3. Don't start or fuel OOC drama, either within Kamil or with other guilds/people. This sort of behavior won't be tolerated and will be dealt with severely. If you have any issues that you want dealt with, contact a guild officer about it privately.
4. Do not god mode. If you are caught god moding, you will get an official warning; if you continue to do it, you will be removed from the guild. Several of your IC missions will be dealing with low level alts of Kamil members who will most likely be receptive to your beatings, and that is fine. Doing it to other players without their permission is not alright.
5. Do not meta-game. Meta-gaming is acting ICly on knowledge that you only have OOCly. This is very obnoxious and is one of the big taboos of roleplay. Same rule for god moding goes for meta-gaming.
6. Keep IC and OOC separate. This prevents a great deal of drama and generally makes RP more enjoyable. Remember that you are not your character and your character is not you; if another character makes a jab at your character, chances are it is nothing personal, so please don't throw a fit over it.
7. Be mindful of what you and your characters say. Considering we're a crime family, curse words and questionable subject matter are going to come up fairly often and that is totally fine; just make sure you're tactful about it. For example, if you're RPing with one or two people that you know in a remote place, it's alright to bring up that sort of thing. If you're running through the middle of Stormwind where it's heavily populated, don't run around dropping the f-bomb and talking about that hooker you stabbed in the crotch last night.
8. Have fun! We're all in this to enjoy ourselves, and if you ever feel uncomfortable or agitated by anything within the guild, feel free to contact an officer about it privately.
9. If you must ERP, that's your business. However we ask that so long as you have the Kamil te Kar guild tag above your name, you keep it confined to private channels like whisper or party, and not in anything public like /e or /s.
